After a leaking dishwasher ruined our kitchen floor, sub-floor and bottom cabinets in the kitchen Tony provided us an estimate that assisted us to negotiate with our insurance company. Calsystem Restoration Services did an amazing job of renovating and enhancing a duplex building that was damaged from a fire. They were meticulous in upgrading the electricity, installing new flooring, walls and ceilings, cabinetry, appliances, and windows and window coverings. They did a great job painting the two units as well. The units are pristine and are ready for occupancy. I also want to acknowledge their excellent follow-through and communication. Tony and his team were proactive in providing us with their recommended finishes, flooring, appliances, doors, etc. They gave us regular updates on their progress and next steps. Change orders were handled smoothly. They also did a great job communicating with the various vendors, the project's architect and public adjuster, and city staff. Inspections went smoothly and the work was completed well within their 6-month timeline. I highly recommend Calsystem Restoration Services for all building construction projects.

My aunt accidentally drove into my side kitchen and destroyed it when visiting my family on Thanksgiving Day in 2022. HER insurance company, State Farm, refused to come to my house to access the damage and provide the repair/rebuild estimate. They said it was MY responsibility to contact the different companies and send in the estimates.
